This document — the TRANSILLUCENT Commune Catalyst: Scope of Role & Responsibilities — including all frameworks, structures, role definitions, community principles, onboarding models, and written content contained within it, is the original intellectual property of TRANSILLUCENT and is protected under applicable copyright law.

• The Commune Catalyst Framework — the original design of the Catalyst role, its purpose architecture (Seed Culture / Spark Conversation / Signal Safety), and the founding circle model.
• The TRANS → IL → LUCENT brand architecture as applied to community design, including the narrative framework: You enter as you are. You pass through light. You emerge transformed.
• The Community Principles framework — including the inclusive wellness principles, psychological safety model, and "experience over prescription" philosophy as articulated herein.
• The Commune structure and onboarding model — including the six-step Catalyst onboarding journey, Circle hosting model, and the co-creation framework for Year 1.
• All written language, copy, and terminology — including coined terms such as "Commune Catalyst," "Founding Voice," "Luminous Circle," and all associated brand language contained in this document.

This document is shared with prospective and confirmed Commune Catalysts for the sole purpose of understanding the role and its responsibilities. Recipients may not reproduce, adapt, redistribute, publish, or use any part of this document — in whole or in part — for any other purpose without the prior written consent of TRANSILLUCENT.

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written permission from TRANSILLUCENT:
